Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Product damaged or leaked in transit
- Expired product received
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened, used, or partially consumed products
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
- Change of mind or taste preference
Return Window
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Photos/videos showing the issue
- Unboxing video (if possible — helps in courier claim)
Refund Methods
Once your complaint is reviewed and approved, we may offer:
- Replacement product
- Store credit
- Full or partial refund to original payment method
Refund timelines generally take 7–10 working days.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
- Prepaid order cancellations (before dispatch) will be refunded to original payment source.
Incorrect Address / Missed Delivery
Refunds will not be provided if:
- Incorrect or incomplete address was provided
- Customer was unavailable at delivery time
- Delivery was refused without valid reason
