Pure Ingredients. Honest Methods. Real Flavour.
Cold-pressed oils crafted slowly, intentionally, and traditionally — just the way our villages always made them.
Gaonvaasi is shaped by two people from the same family Ramesh Tyagi and his daughter-in-law, Rashmi Singh.
They belong to different generations, yet are bound by the same quiet belief: that the wisdom of our villages deserves to be protected, not replaced.
Ramesh has lived his life close to the soil. As a farmer, he learned early what fields teach best patience, care, and trust in natural rhythms. Rashmi, too, comes from a farming household, raised with the same values of simplicity, honesty, and respect for food.
For both of them, this way of life was never a concept. It was lived.
He brings the depth of experience. She brings the clarity of new beginnings.
At Gaonvaasi, experience and youth come together with a shared purpose to preserve a way of living that respects food, land, and time.
Ramesh Tyagi is the foundation of Gaonvaasi. A lifelong farmer, his understanding of land comes not from theory, but from years of working with soil, seasons, and harvests.
He believes that food should remain close to its natural form, untouched by unnecessary processing and free from shortcuts.
Raised in a farming family, Rashmi grew up observing the same quiet discipline that rural life demands. She brings structure, continuity, and a modern sense of responsibility to Gaonvaasi — while staying faithful to its roots.
Her role is not to change tradition, but to protect it — and make it accessible to homes that still value honesty in what they consume.
Gaonvaasi does not promise perfection. It promises sincerity.
