At Gaonvaasi, we work to ensure your orders reach you fresh and on time.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India (serviceability depends on courier coverage).
International shipping is also available.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

During festivals or sale periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within:

2–7 working days for metro cities

Delivery time may vary due to – courier delays, weather conditions, remote locations, or force majeure situations.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.
We may offer free shipping above a certain order value (details on the website from time to time).

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link or AWB number via SMS/email. You can track the shipment through the courier partner’s website.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner generally attempts delivery two to three times.
The order may be returned if:

Incorrect address is provided
Phone number not reachable
Recipient is unavailable

Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.

Damaged / Leaked / Wrong Product Received

If you receive damaged or leaking product, wrong item, or expired product – please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/video at info@gaonvaasi.com

Non-Serviceable Pin Codes

If your pin code becomes non-serviceable after order placement, we will cancel the order, and issue refund to the original payment method.
